Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fees are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts:
- Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$39.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below US$39.99 are charged a standard shipping fee of US$12.99.
Available delivery destinations and shipping options are subject to the information displayed at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Time
Standard shipping is estimated to take 7–15 business days after dispatch. Including the order processing period, the total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is approximately 8–18 business days.
These timeframes are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery and Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, the relevant carrier is responsible for the transit process.
